Radici’s cuisine celebrates the heritage ingredients of Piedmont, carefully selecting the fi nest local farmers and breeders. Every dish is born from the balance between technique and sensitivity, blending tradition and innovation with authentic, clean, and precise fl avors.

The entrance leads through two earth-covered wings, lined with jasmine whose scent in late May hints at moments of joy. The dining room, with its original 1878 brick vault, offers an intimate setting, gently lit by the light fi ltering through a grove of cherry trees. Outside, the terrace opens onto the vineyards.
